BLP International Offices

To provide comprehensive legal support to clients in selected high-growth markets, BLP has a local presence in key regional locations. We have our own English law offices in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Singapore. We also have an office in Brussels focusing on EU and international competition law, and a representative office in Paris. Increasing client demand for a strong presence in Germany - a base for major international real estate investors with strong links to emerging markets, and major global market in its own right - saw BLP, in 2011, open offices in Berlin and Frankfurt focusing predominantly on supporting clients investing into and out of Germany and on cross-border real estate transactions. The multi-disciplinary Hong Kong BLP office provides comprehensive legal advice, through English and Hong Kong qualified lawyers, on cross border transactions in the Greater China Region and outbound investment. The Beijing office will focus on advising clients on their offshore investments leveraging the strengths we have across the firm.

Goltsblat BLP is the second largest international office after the London headquarters. Moscow-based, we take care of clients all over Russia, providing legal support to companies, operations and projects in almost every Russian region - most notably in the Moscow and St. Petersburg Regions, but also including Kaluga, Rostov, Yaroslavl, Nizhniy Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Tyumen, Bashkiria, Voronezh, Ryazan, Volgograd, Kostroma, and Kaliningrad. No matter where in Russia you are, we are never far away, meaning your support needs, including advice and representation are always available at short notice.

In the CIS countries, Goltsblat BLP supports clients through a well-established network of local law firms and quality sole practitioners. We have been coordinating multinational legal teams in CIS countries for some of our major multinational clients for more than a decade; most notably in Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, but also in Uzbekistan, Moldova, and Georgia. We have a comprehensive working relationship with local legal firms and practitioners meaning our clients can access the most up to date and nuanced advice about the business and regulatory environment.
