On 7 March, the 16th Russian Breakfast held by IM Events will take place at MIPIM, Hotel Majestic, Cannes. 

More than 250 investors, developers, consultants and other commercial real estate players will attend MIPIM this year.

Charles Boudet, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, is to host the Russian Breakfast.

9.00 - 9.05:  WELCOME SPEECH BY GENERAL SPONSOR AND ORGANISERS

9.05 - 9.10:  DOCUMENTARY FILM: Ratings of the biggest investment deals on the Russian real estate market in 2011. Attendees will gain an insight into the deal ratings, commented on by leading experts.

9.10-10.00:  OFFICIAL PART

The Russian Breakfast will focus on the investment deals that made 2011 a record-breaking year in terms of funds invested.  

The Breakfast programme will consist of two sessions, just as any transaction has two parties:  purchasers and sellers.
During the first session, actual investors will speak about their understanding of market priorities.

The second session will allow the most active sellers and asset holders to share their plans.

At the Breakfast, the attendees will receive real time answers to the following questions: 

• How will the investment volume change this year?
• Which project geography is more interesting for investors today?
• 2012:  to keep or to sell real estate assets?
