Alongside with resolution of commercial disputes (arising out of supply agreements, contracts of work and labor, lease agreements, etc.) through arbitration and litigation Natalia takes part in protection of clients’ interests in:

Among recent successful projects of Natalia are:

There were two court proceedings initiated between the parties (over termination of legal protection of the trade mark and compensation for illegal use of the trade mark), as well as FAS antitrust proceedings related to illegal use of trade marks. Within the scope of the first proceedings, we managed to cut the damages to RUB 240,000, and the second proceedings resulted in an amicable settlement on conditions very favourable to the client.
