7 December 2018 Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (Russia) advising Raven Property Group Limited on the acquisition of a warehouse and land plots in Nizhny Novgorod

Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner (Russia), formerly Goltsblat BLP in Russia, advised Raven Property Group Limited (shares in which are listed on the LSE, the JSE and the Moscow Exchange), on a conditional agreement for the acquisition of a completed and fully let warehouse of 64,375sqm in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia, together with 21.5ha of adjacent land, from a fund managed by Amstar. Consideration for the acquisition is Roubles 2.8 billion. The acquisition is subject to the satisfaction of certain escrow arrangements.

The Moscow-based BCLP team is being led by Dimitri Antipin (Senior Associate, M&A and Corporate Finance) and Tatiana Parshak (Counsel, Banking & Finance) with valuable assistance from Benjamin Lee (Partner) in London. The corporate finance team includes Associates Ayta Aduchieva and Ruslan Nurullaev. The banking team includes Artemiy Bondarev (Associate). The real estate team includes Yuri Chernobrivtsev (Partner), Inna Firsova (Counsel), Ekaterina Verle (Counsel), Victoria Malashenkova (Associate) and Olga Korchenova (Trainee).
