Advised Mars on its employment matters in Russia, including post-merger employment advice: supporting Mars in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan in a global outsourcing transaction between Mars and Wrigley on transfer of IT services; strategy development; full legal documentary support (agreements between companies, transfer of employees, advice on all related employment issues), including cross-border transfers covering Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Kazakhstan, each of which has its own set of employment regulations; advised on additional pension schemes, the possibility of transferring allocated pension amounts and the rights of transferred employees and helped structure the compensation and benefit package replacing some existing benefits. Immigration issues were also involved.
Legal support for employment matters arising during the reorganisation of Raiffeisenbank and Impexbank. The project involved development of a strategy for creating a unified staff structure, change/termination of employment relations with employees of the reorganised banks, negotiations with employees regarding amendment and termination of employment relations and consulting with respect to project implementation (the project involved amendment and termination of employment relations with over 600 employees).
Full support in all matters relating to union operation for Danone, Volkswagen Group Rus, Direct Group. Communication with union leaders, participation in collective bargaining agreements and successful representation of clients in litigations relatingd to union activities.
Advised Russia's biggest generating company on payment of ”golden parachutes” to the General Director and members of the Management Board (by request of the Sintez Group).
Legal support for personnel restructuring in connection with relocation of the production base of a division of Kraft Foods Rus LLC. The legal support included, inter alia, elaboration of legal restructuring options, preparation and auditing of supporting documents, risk analysis, advice on how to apply regional agreements, collective bargaining agreements, and interaction with trades unions;
Legal support for a mass redundancy programme undertaken by Dexia Bank. The project included elaboration of a redundancy plan, preparation of relevant documents, advice on all current issues during the redundancy period, payment of severance allowances during the search for a job and settlement of disputes with certain individual employees.

Advice to the Redwood Group on termination of employment relations with a Top-manager, mediation of the labour conflict.
Advice to 20th Century Fox on termination of employment relations with key employees, mediation of the labour conflict.
Development of work patterns for some employee categories for Weatherford. The project included assessment of the employees’ working conditions, comparative legal analysis of existing work schedules, development of recommendations from the comparative analysis regarding the optimum work schedule and organisation, and full documentary support for implementation of the work pattern elaborated;
Successful representation of the interests of one of the biggest transportation companies in a labour dispute brought by a former General Manager on the grounds of unfair dismissal. We succeeded in protecting the client’s interests in court and won a counter-claim for compensation for damage caused by illegal actions on the part of the General Manager.
Advice to CJSC Alrosa Diamond Company on how to organise rotational work, on wages and classification of pension payments from a private pension fund in a court dispute on tax issues.
Representation of the interests of and advice to MC Logistic, Meryll Lynch, Mars on auditing compliance with labour law and labour protection requirements.
Advice to Sick AG on a system of non-state pensions, retirement plans and programmes, preparation of a general review of non-state pensions.
Advice within the scope of a project for protecting the confidential information of Air Charter Services in Moscow. The project included developing measures to protect sensitive information, drawing up the requisite documents and monitoring implementation of an information security system within the company;
