Representing Caterpillar Financial  in a dispute with a bankruptcy officer to withdraw property from the bankruptcy estate.

Acting for Aeroplex in a dispute regarding inclusion of its claims on the list of KrasAir creditors. Our Client's claims have been fully included on the list.

Represented a creditor in the bankruptcy proceedings against a major electrode manufacturer, resulting in an agreement on assignment of receivables to another creditor;

Acted for a power-industry enterprise in disputing an asset-siphoning transaction on the part of a debtor under supervision;

Represented a creditor during the bankruptcy of OAO Tabachnaya Fabrika Omskaya, resulting in our client’s debt being acquired by third parties on terms beneficial to the client;

Provided support for the bankruptcy procedures of a plastic pipe manufacturer. During administration, the enterprise’s ability to pay was restored;

Provided legal support for receivership procedures in relation to an extraction enterprise, resulting in the enterprise paying off a large proportion of its debts;
